Make A Mini Collage with JoAnne Rich

Discover the art of storytelling through collage in this hands-on workshop. Each participant will design and mount a personal postcard-sized collage (4” x 6”), using a variety of provided materials including paper, magazines, fabric, and mat board. You are welcome to bring your own photos of people, pets, or places to make your piece more personal, though plenty of inspiring materials will also be available.

We’ll begin by exploring how to build a background, then add focal points to create an indoor or outdoor scene that reflects your unique vision. Finally, you’ll learn how to mount your finished collage on mat board, ready to frame, display, or give as a meaningful handmade gift.

No experience is needed—just bring your imagination. You’ll leave with a finished, ready-to-hang postcard collage that’s one-of-a-kind.
