National Storytelling Week begins on January 31 as well as the beginning of a lunar cycle. Join us for a presentation by Dominique Daye Hunter, a local Afro-Indigenous storyteller. She is also a speaker, Narrative Alchemist-Strategist, and author of two books. Seeds: Stories of Afro-Indigenous Resilience is a collection of poetry and short stories. Sweet Berry is a children’s book that follows the moon cycles. Copies of both books will be available for sale and signing. Contact Ronald Headen at 336-412-6199 or ronald.headen@greensboro-nc.gov for more information.
