This is a series of classes that will be held on Mondays in November [3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th] from 3:00pm-4:00pm.

Join UNCG Dance Professor Janet Lilly for a playful workshop celebrating the moving body at any age. Through a gentle warm-up and guided prompts, participants will explore space, creativity, and the wisdom of lived experience. Open to all—no dance background needed. Wear comfortable clothes.
