Join us for the Expressive Journaling Series with Vanita Baily at Creative Aging Network.

This three part series will be held on Wednesdays in October [8th, 15th, and 22nd) from 2:00pm-4:00pm each day.

Unleash your creativity in this fun and personal expressive journaling workshop!!

Each class offers a unique guided prompt—drawing inspiration from poetry, music, or imagery—to spark your imagination and fuel your writing. While the focus is on personal written expression, you'll also have the opportunity to bring your journal pages to life through optional collage elements. A wide array of trinkets, papers, and artifacts will be available to enhance your work visually, adding depth and texture to your words.

Explore mixed media, creative writing, and design concepts in a relaxed, supportive environment—no prior writing or art experience necessary.

Open to adults of all ages.

All supplies are included in the price of registration, all you need to bring is yourself!
