About this event

Artists with disabilities and members of the LGBTQIA+ community are invited to participate in The Art of Inclusion: Celebrating Greensboro’s Diverse Community, an exhibition highlighting the creativity, resilience, and unique perspectives of artists from historically underrepresented communities in Greensboro.

This exhibition seeks to create a welcoming space where artists can share work that reflects identity, lived experience, culture, and personal storytelling by artists of all ages and media. By bringing together artists from the disability and LGBTQIA+ communities, The Art of Inclusion aims to create dialogue, visibility, and appreciation for the diversity that enriches Greensboro’s community.

The exhibition will open with a free public reception on Friday, June 5 from 6:00–9:00 PM, inviting community members, artists, families, and supporters to gather in celebration of art, inclusion, and connection. The exhibition will be available to the public until Saturday, July 25, 2026.
